Simply bring your item(s) or courier to us with all contents and packaging, proof of purchase, and we will process your return or exchange.

      1. Avoid shipping charges and receive a refund more quickly by returning your items to any BestBuy IT Mall store.

  3. Shipping Cost
    1. We will cover reasonable and customary ground shipping fees if customer is returning manufacturer-defect or incorrect items. Customer please send back at standard shipping rate.
    2. Customer will borne the postage cost in other situations.
  4. Returning Defective Items
    1. If you receive a product that is defective, Mybest.my offers 1 to 1 replacement within 7 days on manufacturer defects.
    2. Please take note that if the product is deemed to be in working condition and no fault found for warranty claim or consumer guarantee claim, a service fee of RM 50 may be applied with the to and fro shipping charges.
  5. Returning Incorrect Items
    1. If you receive a product that is not the product you ordered, please return it to us – and we'll arrange for a replacement.

Warranty Service & Repair Service for Item without Warranty

  1. Item without warranty
    1. For item without / over warranty / non MyBest.my products / etc., there will be warranty services fee.
  2. Shipping Cost
    1. For faulty or defective product, return shipping cost will be bear by customer unless item defective when receive, we will bear the shipping cost for exchange new one.
  3. Service / Repair costs
    1. Part replacement fee will be advised ahead via phone or email before the repair by our vendor/supplier/service center. MyBest.my will only proceed ahead after getting customer consent.
    2. No charges shall be imposed in the event the customer refuses to repair after a verbal or printed quotation has been given. MyBest.my cover only hardware problem and hardware defect due to manufacturing issues. There will be fee for other issues such as configuration, networking and etc. is chargeable. We encourage customer to enquire if you have questions.
  4. Data Protection
    1. Customer are responsible for any software installed in the PC and the hard drive(s).
    2. MyBest.my is not responsible for any data loss. Please backup your data (if it is still possible).
  5. Shipping Packaging
    1. Customer please ensure the products are well package with necessary protection.
